If you want a superhero that runs really fast, you turn to the Flash.  But being able to run fast also means you have to have friction.  What might be the frictional force required for the Flash to run as fast as he does?  And what about the frictional force required to stop?  Again making some reasonable assumptions, discuss how you would answer these questions.
